TYPE OF CAMP: Day Camp. M-F 9:30 AM - 3 PM
CAMPER GENDER(S): Coed Campers.
BRIEF CAMP DESCRIPTION: Camp Pennwood provides young people with and without intellectual disabilities the opportunity to enjoy a traditional day camp. Campers participate in activities such as arts and crafts, archery, swimming, and musical activities during the five-week summer run. Campers are ages 6-21.

CAMP INSTRUCTIONAL ACTIVITIES OFFERED:
Basketball, Football, Baseball, Soccer, Swimming, Volleyball, Team Sports, Music/Band, Fine Arts/Crafts, and more. Zumba, Therapy
CAMP LOCATION: 2400 Druck Valley Rd, York, Pa 17402
From Rt. 30 go north on North Sherman St., then travel approx. 1 mile.
Turn Right onto Druck Valley Rd., then travel approx. 1/2 mile
Turn Right onto Radio Rd.
Then travel .3 miles, bearing left to the parking lot.
CAMP FACILITIES: One lodge with indoor facilities (restrooms, kitchen)
One cabin-sensory room
3 pavilions with electrical access
CAMP PROGRAM INFO: 3 to 1 ratio camper to staff
Cook-ServSafe certified
Kitchen inspected by Dept. of Health
Staff CPR and First Aid certified
Nurse on site

July 6, 2020 through August 7, 2020 M-F 9:30 AM-3:00 PM
$530 per week-assistance through MH-IDD available if eligible.
Limited camperships (scholarships) available on an as needed basis.
Transportation not included in fee but is available through Kelly Transit.
